Completely self contained with all modern furnishings, 'Ocean Breeze' is the perfect place to rest after exploring Jurien Bay and its National Parks.

Fully air-conditioned to all rooms, and only minutes from the beach, parks, shops, jetty and many places to dine.

The master bedroom is comfortable with a queen size bed, built-in-robes and your own en suite with shower and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds each, also with built in robes. All bedrooms now have beautiful new wood panel flooring.

Both the bathrooms have recently been renovated with the addition of larger showers!

The open plan lounge area has all the comforts of home, including a flat screen TV, DVD/Blu Ray Player, and a BRAND NEW comfy lounge suite for all, even a few games, books and Lego blocks for the young at heart!
Best of all - FREE WIFI & FOXTEL, including the Sports package- You won't have to miss your favourite team play after all! FOXTEL Movies are also available to purchase as extras.

The kitchen is outstanding with a brand new range hood to compliment the European ceramic cook top. The cupboards are stocked with plenty of appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher to help ensure you spend more time with the family and less time washing up!

All essential kitchen supplies including cooking oil, foil, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, tissues, kitchen roll … etc are provided for you on arrival. However you may be required to purchase extras during your stay.
6 brand new cushioned dining chairs have also been added to the dining room.

Large sliding glass doors open up to your patio with a shade sail, making most of it undercover. Admire the new garden plants while enjoying your morning cuppa or just a family chat seated at the outdoor setting.
There is enough parking for 2 vehicles at the unit or 1 car and a boat (height and length restrictions apply.)

The Seafront Estate is a well maintained, gated & secure holiday complex just across the road from the beach and Dobbyn Park. The complex boasts two swimming pools, one of them being a shallow paddling pool for the little ones. A couple of gazebos provide plenty of shade and all the BBQ's are free.
