All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. 2 masters with queen beds, both with R/C air conditioning & access to the wrap around balcony. The other bedrooms have another queen and 2 singles for the kids. For convenience, there is a bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bathroom even having a small bathtub.
Relax in one of the many lounge areas, either inside, or on the balcony in the sun.
The kitchen, dining and 2 more lounge areas are on the bottom level, also with air conditioning. The kitchen is full of appliances, cutlery and crockery, and has gas stove-top cooking, oven and microwave. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and separate toilet in the laundry.
Take advantage of ocean views and sunsets from the balcony. Not to mention a well protected outdoor entertaining area to rear of the property with dining and gas BBQ.
