Very welcoming 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family holiday home. Situated in a cul-de-sac in original Jurien Bay, you can walk everywhere from beaches to parks and all shops.
All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes so you can unpack and start relaxing. The master bedroom is huge with a King size bed to match as well as a sofa bed for added comfort. The other bedrooms have a Queen bed, Double bed and a Single bed.

Brand new modern Venetian blinds have recently been added to the entire house.

Cook up a storm in the open kitchen making use of the oven, microwave and stove top. The cupboards are full of appliances, cutlery and crockery. Washing dishes is even a breeze.... put it all in the dishwasher and spend a little more time doing.... Nothing!

Both bathrooms have a shower recess and one of the toilets is separate.

Winter time in Jurien Bay is beautiful... but just case it is raining or the wind is blowing, there are several board games and puzzles to keep eager minds busy. Or perhaps, turn on the r/c heater and settle onto the lounge and watch a DVD (large eclectic collection).

The backyard is large and covered in green grass, perfect for cartwheels. How many can you do in a row?? Having a fully enclosed yard means the kids can play with your peace of mind. A fish filleting station is attached to the garden shed, however please be sure to dispose of all carcasses properly and place into the large outside bin. No fish filleting inside the house please.
Sunsets are glorious from the back patio while you sit at the large table setting or cook up your latest catch on the BBQ.

A perfect swimming beach is so close, just follow the beach path.

And best of all..... there is even room for your large boat and vehicle on the driveway and a single space to park your car undercover.

Some consumables such as toilet paper, basic soaps and tea/coffee are provided on arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.
